Academy Award winner Anthony Quinn stars as Flapping Eagle, or Flap, a Native American who undergoes an awakening, puts down his bottle of whiskey and hijacks a train to Phoenix in a quixotic quest to regain his tribe's land and cultural heritage. Based on Clair Hiffaker's novel Nobody Loves A Drunken Indian.
