When Evan (Douglas Smith), a college kid, is busted for mere marijuana possession, he quickly finds himself caught up in the crosswinds of an overzealous Federal Prosecutor's (David Arquette) grand political ambitions. Faced with a possible sentence of 28 years on trumped up charges, Evan must somehow find justice - either within or outside the boundaries of the law.
